Demim Real Estate is located in Mandeville, Manchester, Jamaica W.I.   Mandeville is the capital and largest town in the Parish of Manchester, in the County of Middlesex.  It is Jamaica’s mountain resort, the islands largest hill town and the fifth largest urban center.  The town was built in 1816 and was named after Lord Mandeville, the eldest son of the Duke of Manchester, the Governor after whom the Parish is named. It is located on an inland plateau at an altitude of 628m (2061 ft.) and borders Clarendon and St. Elizabeth.  It is the only parish capital not located on the coast or on a major river, and is only 64 miles away from Kingston.

Mandeville has been described as an English town because of it relatively cool climate, its grassy square which is sometimes like a village green.  The towns square consist of the parish church, the original court house and clock tower.  The town has attracted many returning residents from North America and the United Kingdom, of whom has built many large houses in the suburbs.  Some of these prominent suburbs and surrounding villages include Ingleside, Battersea, Knockpatrick, Clover, Waltham, Bloomfield, Caledonia Meadows, Brumilia, Greenvale, and Marshalls Pen.

It holds some of the best private and public schools on the island, namely Mandeville Infant School, Mandeville Primary and Junior High, Belair (Kindergarten, Prep and High)  School, El Instituto Prep, Mt. St. Joseph Prep., Bishops Gibson High, Decartret College, Manchester High, Victor Dixon High, Knox Community College & Northern Caribbean University.
